From June 15–20, 2026, Berlin Partner for Business and Technology is organizing a business delegation accompanied by State Secretary for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises at the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises Dr. Severin Fischer for Berlin-based companies to Paris attending the Viva Technology (VivaTech). VivaTech is Europe’s largest startup and tech event celebrating its 10th anniversary. With over 180,000 attendees, more than 2,800 exhibitors, and 450 global speakers from international tech leaders such as OpenAI, Meta, NASA, Alibaba, and Canva, VivaTech brings together the global innovation community. In 2026, Germany will serve as the official Guest Country, offering German companies an exceptional opportunity to increase their visibility and access new international business networks.
Highlighting Female Founders - Business Women Connect in cooperation with IHK Berlin
This year, our delegation is placing a special spotlight on Female Founders and women in leadership. We warmly encourage women-led companies and female executives to join us and bring their vision to the global stage.
Female delegates have the exclusive opportunity to join our "Business Women Connect " activities (highlighted in purple in the program), in cooperation with the IHK Berlin during the delegation to Paris.

Important note! All delegates are responsible for their own travel expenses (airfare, hotel, daily meals etc.).
If you are interested in participating in the delegation trip to VivaTech in Paris, please fill out our registration form. Please carefully check whether you and your company meet all the criteria required by the registration form. Registration is possible between March 30st and May 6th.
Please be aware that we have a limited number of participants. Therefore, following the application phase, we will conduct an internal selection process.

Gemeinschaftsstand der Hauptstadtregion Berlin-Brandenburg
Mit der GITEX Europe ist eines der weltweit wichtigsten und langjährigsten Events für Tech und Startups nach Berlin gekommen. Sie bietet eine Plattform für sämtliche Digitalisierungsthemen von KI, Metaverse, Cloud-Lösungen, 5G, Blockchain über Cybersecurity und Telekommunikation bis hin zu Climate Tech und Future Mobility. Startup Berlin is taking you to GITEX AI Europe 2026 – one of Europe’s most renowned international technology and innovation events!

GITEX AI Europe 2026 will take place on 30 June and 1 July 2026 in Berlin and is the European flagship event of the global GITEX exhibition series. The conference targets international tech startups and scaleups, investors, corporates, and political decision-makers.
The focus lies on cutting-edge technologies, internationalisation, scaling, and targeted matchmaking. In addition to a large exhibition area, GITEX Europe features several stages hosting high-profile startup pitches, keynotes, and panel discussions.
This year, we are pleased to support five Berlin-based startups at GITEX AI Europe 2026. We are looking for startups that would like to present their company to an international professional audience.

Startup‑Champs Germany is a nationwide collaboration between Germany’s four largest startup hubs: Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, and Munich. The initiative was founded in 2020, originally as a joint pitch competition during the COVID‑19 pandemic, with the goal of giving startups visibility despite the cancellation of trade fairs and events.
Today, Startup‑Champs Germany is far more than a competition. It is a strategic partnership through which the participating cities work together to strengthen Germany as a startup location and increase its international visibility.
