1.  Describe your company in a tweet. 

There's always a sandwich in the beginning. Founded in 1999 as a sandwich bar in Berlin, we pursued the vision from the very beginning: good food for satisfied guests. Nothing has changed in this respect. 200 employees at 8 locations give their best every day to fulfill this vision.  
 

2.  Why are you involved as a Berlin-Partner?

We love Berlin and believe all Berliners are good hosts! As a helping hand in the background, we want to contribute to Berlin's hosts being able to show their delicious side. Happiness à la Carte throughout the city also thanks to excellent aveato catering. 
 

3.  What issues drive you in terms of your industry?

You never cook alone!  We work in partnership with restaurateurs, venues and many other businesses from all sectors throughout the city. We are involved in the Berlin Event Network e.V and the DEHOGA. We live a cooperative approach characterized by synergies and mutual exchange. 
 

4.  What makes Berlin special for you?

Berlin is our aveato mother city. Our here & now as well as our future in particular are closely related to our history. It is the key to our attitude - and ultimately to our joint success. Our satisfied guests in Berlin are the basis for our national success.
 

5.  Why is Berlin attractive for your company?

Berlin is bursting with history and is on its way to becoming a global world city. The mix of traditional industries, startups, associations, the culture, the arts and the nightlife is unique and will continue to attract many people who live together here in an unexciting Berlin way.
 

6.  What does Berlin stand for you?

Berlin has become my home. I have lived in Berlin Mitte since 1999. Having moved from the small bear town of Bern, I married a Berliner and have two children born in the Charité - you can't get more Berlin than that, can you? We are happy to live in such a cosmopolitan city, a city to which one comes back from every vacation with a grin and joy.
 

7.  How does your company implement the topic of sustainability?

Oh yes that tastes exemplary! We attach great importance to sustainability. As part of our holistic sustainability concept, we achieve the sustainability certification of Sustainable Meetings Berlin as a Top Performer. We deliver partly with electric vehicles and compensate CO2 in cooperation with Prima Klima weltweit e.V.
