INSTINCT3 is an influencer marketing agency in the gaming and e-sports sector in the heart of Spandau. With creator greats HandofBlood, Gnu, Sterzik, Papfi and Simon and a team of true heroes*, we live authenticity & self-realisation in every creative project.

2. Why are you involved as a Berlin Partner?

We are involved as a Berlin Partner because we have always had a very strong focus and close connection to Berlin, especially the district of Spandau. Thanks in part to Maximilian 'HandofBlood' Knabe's achievement in turning his adopted hometown of Berlin-Spandau into a true vocation and a regular lifestyle - for example with the Straight Outta Spandau merchandise. For us, Berlin is one, if not the most important, holistic metropolis, which we want to represent as a nationally and internationally positioned company with a Spandau soul. Even more love of home is expressed by the recently founded e-sports team Eintracht Spandau. Here is real. Berlin is real.

3. What makes Berlin special for you? What does Berlin stand for? Why is Berlin attractive for your company?

Berlin is an enormously exciting, lively metropolis with a lot of charm - and a gateway for the most diverse encounters. It is the melting pot for the gaming industry, as you can undoubtedly see from the many gaming-related companies based here. At the same time, Berlin offers enormous growth potential in terms of the industry and demonstrates courage towards new things, always remaining open-minded and curious. This is exactly the spirit that we want to use and from which we benefit.

4. What are the issues that drive you in terms of your industry?

We are particularly committed to the topics of diversity and inclusion. A perfect example of this is our SISTERHOOD, in which we want to encourage, promote and give a strong voice to employees who identify as women in our company. The creators we work with are aware of their responsibility as role models for their generation and proudly embrace this as an opportunity to positively influence their audience.
